Simply Sexy Cigars & Associates LLC, doing business as Simply Sexy Cigars ("Simply Sexy Cigars," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at https://www.simplysexycigars.com/ (the "Website"), how we use it, how we disclose it, and the choices you have. By using the Website or submitting an event inquiry, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit an event inquiry through the Website, you may provide:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• the type of event
• an estimated guest count
• an event date
• an event location
• details or a message about your event

Your name, email address, and event type are required to submit an inquiry. The other fields are optional.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, certain information is collected automatically through Google Analytics and through the normal operation of web requests, such as browser and device information, general usage information, and similar technical information. See "Cookies and Analytics" below.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your event inquiry
• communicate with you about possible or booked event services
• send you a transactional confirmation that your inquiry was received
• operate, maintain, and administer the Website
• understand Website traffic and usage
• maintain appropriate business records
• protect and troubleshoot the Website where needed
• comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use inquiry information for marketing by default. See "Marketing Communications" below.

3. Event Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through the Website starts a conversation with us. It does not create a booking, reservation, or confirmed event, and it does not constitute consent to receive marketing. Any event services would be arranged separately.

4. Marketing Communications

Submitting an event inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. If we offer an optional marketing subscription in the future, you will only be subscribed if you separately and affirmatively choose to opt in. Simply Sexy Cigars does not currently operate an active email or SMS marketing campaign.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website. Google Analytics may set cookies, such as cookies that begin with "_ga," and may collect browser, device, and usage information. Our own Website code does not use a separate browser-storage system to store your information on your device. You can use your browser settings to manage or remove cookies. Google provides its own information about how it collects and processes data.

6. Online Tracking and Do Not Track

Our Website does not currently change its practices in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Third-party services we use for analytics may collect information while you use the Website according to their own privacy practices.

7. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Website and respond to inquiries, and we may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. Categories of recipients include:

• website hosting and infrastructure providers
• database service providers
• email delivery providers
• analytics and web-technology providers
• legal, regulatory, or compliance recipients where disclosure is required

8. Service Providers

We rely on the following service providers to operate the Website and respond to inquiries:

• Vercel: website hosting and serverless processing of inquiry submissions.
• Supabase: database storage for event inquiries.
• Resend: delivery of transactional inquiry emails.
• Google Analytics: Website traffic and usage analytics.
• Google Fonts: website typography. Font requests may transmit technical information such as your IP address and user agent to Google.
• Cloudflare: automated bot mitigation (Turnstile) that helps distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse on the inquiry form.
• Upstash: temporary rate-limit counters used to prevent repeated or automated inquiry-form submissions.

9. Data Retention

We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, manage a prospective or resulting client relationship, maintain appropriate business records, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the inquiry information you submitted by contacting us at paul@simplysexycigars.com. We may need to retain certain information for legitimate business or legal reasons, and we may take reasonable steps to verify your request before acting on it.

11. California Privacy Information

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information. Regardless of those laws, Simply Sexy Cigars does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, you may contact us at paul@simplysexycigars.com, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

12. Security

We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, and the Website is served over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

To protect the inquiry form from automated abuse, we use automated security and abuse-prevention services that may process limited technical information about a request, such as your IP address and browser signals, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse and to enforce submission limits. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for this purpose, and your interaction with it is also subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We do not store your IP address in our inquiry records, in our transactional emails, or in our analytics. For rate limiting, your IP address is converted on our server into an irreversible, salted identifier, and only that opaque identifier is stored temporarily by our rate-limiting provider, expiring automatically after a short period.

13. Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at paul@simplysexycigars.com so we can address it.

14. Cigar Participation

Simply Sexy Cigars' cigar experiences are intended for adults age 21 and older.

15. Third-Party Links

The Website may link to third-party websites, such as our Instagram profile. We do not control those websites, and their own terms and privacy practices apply.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
